    Application Process

    1. Obtain Form: Request the current year All-Connecticut Lodge Contest form (available from District Vice President)
    2. Circle Points Earned: For activities with stated point values, circle the points earned as listed in the point value column
    3. Document Unlisted Points: Where no points are shown, list the points earned in that area
    4. Provide Documentation: List all different activities on a separate sheet organized by category
    5. Avoid Duplication: Do not include activities with stated point values again on backup material for additional points
    6. Sign the Form: Sign the completed contest form
    7. Submit: Mail completed form to your District Vice President by April 30
    8. Timing: Do not wait until the last minute
