How to Apply
1. Attend a sign-up event at Parent University (3030 N Mobile Ave, Door 14, Chicago, IL 60634)
2. Provide proof of participation in eligible assistance program
3. Complete ACP enrollment with assistance from program staff
- Thursdays: 5-7 PM
- Saturdays: 10 AM - 12 PM
- Fridays: 10 AM - 12 PM
