1. Eligibility Verification: Applicant must have completed and been approved for the General Henry "Hap" Arnold Education Grant application
2. Loan Application: Submit supplemental education loan application through afas.org

4. Submission: Apply through afas.org after Arnold Education Grant approval
5. Timeline: Available for the same academic year as Arnold Education Grant award
