Description: PCORI seeks to support high-impact patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER) studies focusing on people living with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or rare diseases.
- Applicants do not need to address both intellectual/developmental disabilities AND rare diseases to be considered
- Can focus on one or both populations
Eligibility
- Improving health outcomes by improving access to patient-centered care
- Health system approaches to improving care transitions
- Pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic approaches to improving physical and mental health
- Addressing the health and well-being of caregivers
