Adams Legacy Foundation Grant

The Adams Legacy Foundation Grant focuses on supporting non-profit organizations that utilize nature to enhance personal growth and healing. For the 2022-2026 cycle, applicants must provide programming in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties in California, as well as Franklin County, Ohio. The foundation encourages collaborative efforts aimed at improving access to green spaces in urban areas. It seeks projects that foster a connection with nature to promote well-being among diverse populations.

Funding Focus
For the 2022-2026 Open/Unsolicited Grant Cycle we look to support organizations which use Nature to Strengthen, Nurture, and Heal the Soul.
Starting with the 2025 funding cycle, we will focus on applicants providing programming within the following 3 counties: Santa Barbara County and Los Angeles County in California and Franklin County in Ohio.
As the Foundation developed, it started to fund in 5-year cycles to specific funding areas.

Eligibility

Any non-profit or public benefit organization which believes that its mission is a match for our foundation is welcome to apply for one of our unsolicited grants. Only those applications submitted using our online grant management software will be accepted.Populations served are in Santa Barbara County, Los Angeles County, and Franklin County, Ohio.

Ineligibility
