Overview

9/11 Day of Remembrance Campus Service Grants

Funder: Community Campus Coalition (Triple C) in partnership with IKONC regional collaboration (Community-Engaged Alliance, Engage KY, Community Campus Coalition, and NC Campus Engagement)

Geographic Scope: Ohio and multi-state (grants support engagement across 11 states)

Purpose: Support meaningful student service and remembrance projects aligned with the September 11 National Day of Service

Award Amount: $2,500 per campus

Focus Areas:

  • Student volunteer efforts supporting underserved and marginalized communities

  • Programming that promotes unity, reflection, and remembrance

  • Fall programming (on or around September 11)
  • Eligibility:

  • Triple C member campuses only

  • Must maintain active membership through the 2025–2026 academic year

  • Selected grantees will join broader effort engaging 6,500+ students across 11 states
