Overview

THHI is issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) in anticipation of several funding opportunities for new, currently-funded, or renewal projects over the next 12 months.

  • City of Tampa
  • Other funding sources

  • New Project Proposals
  • Renewal Projects (CoC and YHDP only)

    Submission Requirements

  • All submissions must be made via Neighborly Portal: https://portal.neighborlysoftware.com/thhi/Participant
  • No paper or emailed proposals will be accepted
  • Proposals must be submitted by the deadline

Pre-Proposal Workshop

Date: Tuesday, April 7, 2026, 2:00 PM (Via Microsoft Teams)

Purpose: Provide forum for potential applicants to ask questions and clarify RFP information

Incentive: Agencies attending will receive 4 additional points in the new project scoring process

Attendance: Highly encouraged but not required

  • Pre-Proposal Workshop Attendance: Provides 4 additional points in new project scoring

    Submission Instructions

  • Only Neighborly submissions will be considered for funding
  • No paper or emailed proposals accepted
  • Must submit by deadline (8:00 PM, Sunday, May 3, 2026)
  • Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered
