Project Description

This seed award supports an exploratory, survivor-centered research project investigating the role of green space exposure and nature-based interventions ("Green Care") in improving ovarian cancer survival and psychosocial well-being. Leveraging national epidemiologic cohorts alongside qualitative research with patients and providers in Oregon, this study explores how modifiable environmental factors may buffer the negative effects of distress and social isolation on outcomes.
