2026 Scholarship Program

Organization: The Executive Leadership Foundation (ELF), the charitable arm of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC)

Focus: Educational scholarships for university students pursuing business careers

Geographic Scope: National (United States)

Eligibility: University students, with emphasis on students attending HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities)

  • Emphasis on expanding opportunities for young Black women and men to succeed as business executives
  • Background: The ELC Scholarship Program is part of the organization's commitment to developing future global Black leaders and building an inclusive business leadership pipeline. The ELF has reached over 10,500 undergraduate and graduate students through leadership development programs and educational initiatives.

    Community Impact Initiative: The foundation also operates a Community Impact Initiative that provides financial contributions to select organizations to improve educational outcomes of Black students and develop an inclusive leadership pipeline of future Black business leaders. To date, this initiative has contributed approximately $1.7 million to select nonprofits.
