2026 Rural Changemaker RFP
Funder: Interact for Health
Goal: Promote health and well-being in rural regions by providing funding to address grassroots work related to vital conditions for health and well-being—the resources we all need to thrive.
Geographic Scope: Rural regions in Interact for Health's service area: Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky
Total Funding Available: $600,000 awarded in two rounds
Award Amount: $10,000 - $70,000 per grant
Project Duration: 12 - 18 months
Focus Areas: Vital conditions for health and well-being in rural communities
