- Multiple nominations are welcome — individuals and organizations can submit nominations for different candidates
- For group nominations: The award recognizes individual leaders, but nominations may highlight the teams, organizations, or partnerships that helped make the work possible. The nomination should focus on the individual's leadership and role in driving the effort.
