THE PURPOSES OF YDSP HEALTH AND WELLNESS FOUNDATION ARE: (I) TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE YSLETA DEL SUR PUEBLO, A FEDERALLY RECOGNIZED TRIBE AND OTHER LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME FAMILIES LOCATED ON THE YSLETA DEL SUR PUEBLO RESERVATION AND IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN EL PASO, TEXAS; (II) TO PROVIDE RESOURCES, SUPPORT AND FUNDING FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMMING AND THE FACILITIES IN WHICH SUCH ACTIVITIES MAY BE CONDUCTED, (III) TO OWN AND LEASE THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 9473 SOCORRO ROAD, EL PASO, TEXAS 79907, WHICH WILL BE USED AS A MEDICAL CLINIC, CULTURAL CENTER AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES; AND (IV) TO RAISE AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE AND OTHER LAWFUL ACTIVITIES.
