THE UNIFORMED SANITATIONMENS ASSOCIATION ADMINISTRATIVE FUND WAS ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEW YORK (THE CITY)AND THE UNIFORMED SANITATIONMENS ASSOCIATION ( THE UNION) WITH THE SOLE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING AND ALLOCATING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE CITY TO THE UNIONS BENEFIT FUNDS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT OF ACTIVE AND RETIRED MEMBERS.
