THE GOALS IDENTIFIED WERE DESIGNED TO GUIDE PROGRAMS IN THEIR EFFORT TO SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASE TOBACCO RELATED MORBIDITY, MORTALITY AND ECONOMIC COSTS.
