THE INTERESTS OF THE FOUNDATION WILL BE PROGRAMS OF AGRICULTURAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, VOCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL, PUBLIC HEALTH, SPIRITUAL TRAINING, AND OUTREACH AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE; TO OTHERWISE AID IN AND TO MAINTAIN AND FURTHER AROUND THE WORLD THE SPIRIT OF INTERNATIONAL GOODWILL AND FRIENDLY COOPERATION THAT WAS THE HALLMARK OF PAUL RUSCH'S LIFE AND WORK.
