To be the leadership organization for the state's American quarter horse owners and industry related businesses, as well as serve as the official registrar for the accredited Texas-bred awards program. The tqha will provide the highest quality representation, education, programs and services to its youth, amateur and professional members in all areas of competition, while promoting involvement with and ownership of the American quarter horse in Texas. Tqha cares deeply that the American quarter horse is treated humanely, with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.
