STATE LEADERSHIP PROJECT (SLP) IS A 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT STRENGTHENS CIVIC INFRASTRUCTURE BY SUPPORTING THE CHARITABLE EFFORTS OF STATE-BASED DONOR ALLIANCES AND FUNDER COMMUNITIES. SLP HELPS BUILD, RESOURCE, AND SUSTAIN LONG-TERM INVESTMENT IN THE PEOPLE AND SYSTEMS THAT MAKE DEMOCRACY WORKADVANCING EQUITY, STRENGTHENING CIVIC PARTICIPATION, AND IMPROVING LIVES IN COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
