THE ACTIVITIES OF THE FOUNDATION ARE DIRECTED BY A BOARD OF COMMUNITY, STUDENT, FACULTY AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPRESENTATIVES. THE FOUNDATION IS A CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY AUXILIARY ORGANIZATION, AS DEFINED IN TITLE 5 OF THE CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS.
