THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES ESSENTIAL RESOURCES TO ORGANIZATIONS IN WASHINGTON, OREGON, IDAHO, MONTANA, AND WYOMING TO STRENGTHEN GRASSROOTS EFFORTS IN THE BROAD-BASED MOVEMENT FOR PROGRESSIVE, SYSTEMATIC SOCIAL CHANGE.
