Ross McCallister — Principal of MC Companies. Ross graduated from New Mexico State University in 1975 and began his career as President of a savings and loan association in Gallup, New Mexico from 1976 to 1983. He relocated to Tucson in 1983 to work for a real estate development firm, and in 1985 founded The McCallister Company to build, invest, and manage apartment communities. In 2001, he partnered with Ken McElroy to form MC Companies, which has built over 5,000 units and currently owns 8,000 units across 10 cities in Arizona, Texas, and Oklahoma. Ross serves on the Board of Directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and is a member of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council.

Patty McCallister — Co-founder and philanthropic partner. Patty met Ross in 1971 as a college freshman at New Mexico State University and they married in 1974. Together they have two daughters, Amanda and Anna, and three grandchildren.
