Church Planter Program The Church Planter program funds leaders and networks who start new churches and church networks in cities around the world. In fiscal year 2024, the program assisted leaders to launch 402 churches across 5 continents. To date, the program has reached over 85 global cities where 2,156 churches have been started.
Leadership Development Program The leadership development program recruits, assesses, trains, and coaches leaders who start new churches and church networks. Leaders are paired with experienced mentors and coaches for regular meetings. The organization provides equipping programs including intensives, immersions, and cohorts.
City Ministry Program A certificate program to develop ministry leaders seeking practical urban ministry skills, delivered through a robust learning community.
Incubator Collective A two-year training program for pastors who have planted a church in the past 12 months or plan to plant in the next 12 months, providing in-depth training and relational support.
Fellows Program Geared toward leaders who are 2-3 years away from planting, providing focused exposure to urban ministry experiences including small group leadership, mercy ministry, teaching, evangelism, and faith and work integration.
Evangelism Learning Cohort Invites leaders to center Jesus in their own lives and communities and offers practical ways to strengthen spiritual conversation in congregations.
