Program Enrichment & Quality Improvement: Guides out-of-school time program directors, managers, and staff in identifying and implementing quality improvements using the Palm Beach County Quality Standards for Afterschool as the foundation. In 2022-2023, Prime Time served 141 participating Quality Improvement System (QIS) programs, reaching 14,224 elementary youth, 565 middle school youth, and 184 high school youth.
Professional Development: Provides training, professional credentialing opportunities, and financial incentives for practitioners to earn certificates and degrees emphasizing best practices in youth development. Since 2007, Prime Time has awarded 5,151 scholarships to 1,300 afterschool professionals for college coursework, professional credentialing, and conference attendance.
Technical Assistance & Resources: Offers assessment systems, quality coaching, career advising, and networking opportunities for out-of-school time professionals across the county.
Program Enhancements: Makes a range of enrichment activities available to afterschool providers through partnerships.
