OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO OFFER THE PARTICIPATING NON-PROFIT AGENCIES AN OPPORTUNITY TO RAISE FUNDS AND AWARENESS FOR THEIR ORGANIZED CHARITABLE ACTIVITY, CONSISTING OF PRIMARILY THE BALLOON FESTIVAL.
