BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THE GREATEST STRENGTH OF ANY NEIGHBORHOOD ARE THE RESIDENTS WHO CALL THESE PLACES HOME, INCOMMON IS COMMITTED TO TRANSFORMING NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGH NEIGHBORS THEMSELVES.
