MORRIS AND EXISTS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE MORRIS ARBORETUM OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA, WHICH IS A HISTORIC GARDEN AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION THAT PROMOTES UNDERSTANDING OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PLANTS, PEOPLE, AND PLACES THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT INTEGRATE SCIENCE, ART, AND THE HUMANITIES. MORRIS ARBORETUM IS THE OFFICIAL ARBORETUM OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA AND PROVIDES RESEARCH AND OUTREACH SERVICES TO STATE AGENCIES, COMMUNITY INSTITUTIONS, AND TO THE CITIZENS OF PENNSYLVANIA AND BEYOND.
