THE FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE MONETARY AND NON-MONETARY ACHIEVEMENT RECOGNITION INCENTIVE AWARDS TO CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AND TO BUILD THE FOUNDATION'S ENDOWMENT PROGRAM IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO FUND THE ACHIEVEMENT & INCENTIVE AWARDS PROGRAM LONG AFTER MINING CEASES IN THE AREA.
