THE GRAND LODGE OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE WORKS UNDER THE DIRECTION AND SUPERVISION OF THE SUPREME LODGE, A CHARITABLE FRATERNAL INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION WITH THE MAIN OBJECTIVE BEING CHARITABLE WORK. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL CHARITIES SUCH AS, THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY, RELAY FOR LIFE, SPECIAL OLYMPICS, UCP, CHILDREN'S HOSPITALS, BOY SCOUTS, RED CROSS AND A NUMBER OF LOCAL CHARITIES. THE ORGANIZATION USES DIRECT FUNDING, AS WELL AS, VOLUNTEER DONATION HOURS IN THEIR PROGRAMS.
