The foundation invests in the following areas:
- Job readiness, career counseling, workforce development, and welfare-to-work efforts for unemployed and under-employed youth and adults, including free office facilities support
- Children's homes (residential homes for children who have been temporarily or permanently removed from their home or who lack parental or guardian care)
- Temporary shelter and transitional housing for individuals and families experiencing displacement due to violence, economic difficulties, or natural disasters
- Emergency assistance for individuals and families, including provision of basic necessities, temporary shelter, and bill payment assistance
- Daytime care and support services for adults with physical impairment, memory or mental disorders, or who are socially isolated
- Promotion of academic achievement and development of life skills and critical assets in disadvantaged children and youth
- Crisis and respite child care
- Independent living services for senior citizens
- Free use of computers and instructional programming for low-income families and individuals
- Provision of food and household items to disadvantaged families
- Arts, education, the environment, animals and wildlife, and human services
