IHP WORKS WITH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HEALTH CARE INTERESTS IN THE COMMUNITY TO COORDINATE A HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM THAT EFFECTIVELY MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS AND THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE.
