THE ICAN FOUNDATION IS A TEXAS 501(C) (3) NON-PROFIT AND VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION THAT SUPPORTS OUTRERACH EFFORTS FOCUSING ON CHILD HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR FUTURE WORKFORCE IN HOUSTON AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS.
