Mission Statement: Hadassah, The Women's Zionist Organization of America, is a volunteer organization that inspires a passion for and commitment to the land, the people, and the future of Israel. Through education, advocacy, and youth development, and its support of medical care and research at Hadassah Medical Organization, Hadassah enhances the health and lives of people in Israel, the United States and worldwide.

Advocacy and Zionist Education: Provides opportunities to study Judaism, Israel, Zionism, and Jewish history, Hebrew, literature, and culture through local community programs. Members advocate for issues important to women and the Jewish community at local, state, and national levels, including support for Israel, women's health, and fighting antisemitism.
Health and Wellness: Produces educational materials highlighting diseases that coincide with research at Hadassah's hospitals in Jerusalem and fundraising efforts.
Medical Care and Research Support: Supports the Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem, contributing to new treatments and scientific breakthroughs that save lives worldwide.
Youth Development and Jewish Continuity: Empowers youth in Israel and America through opportunities for personal growth, education, and advocacy.
Women's Leadership and Health Equity: Helps women find their voices to advance health equity and models shared society in Israel.
