ADDITIONALLY, OUR TWO ORGANIZATIONS HAVE COLLABORATED WITH A LOCAL FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER TO CREATE A ONE STOP MEDICAL HOME FOR THE UNINSURED AND UNDERINSURED COMMUNITY POPULATION.
