STARTED IN 2009 BY NEW YORK CITY MAYOR MICHAEL R. BLOOMBERG AND INCUBATED AT HIS FOUNDATION, CITIES OF SERVICE NOW OPERATES INDEPENDENTLY TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT TO OUR GROWING COALITION OF CITIES.
