Fairfield Facilities Corporation
To finance the costs of the county's construction and acquisition of certain facilities to be used by the county, including a portion of the walter brown ii industrial park with investment building (series 2021 bonds). In addition, the series 2021 bonds will be used to finance the cost of increasing the county courthouse, county administration/sheriff/e-911 building, commerce center, various fire protection facilities and various recreational facilities.
