Edward J. Robson - Founder and Chairman of Robson Communities. Robson is a graduate of Colorado College with a degree in business and banking. He played hockey for Team USA in 1955 and was selected as an alternate member of the U.S. Olympic Hockey Team in 1956. He served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a helicopter pilot, attaining the rank of Captain. Robson founded Robson Communities in 1972, developing Sun Lakes into one of the nation's largest privately held adult resort retirement communities.
LaNelle B. Robson - Co-founder of the foundation. LaNelle Beck Robson was a Colorado College graduate (class of 1958) and passed away in 1985 in a boating accident on Lake Powell, Arizona.
