BY FACILITATING THE COLLABORAITON OF THESE GROUPS, DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND ALLIANCE STRIVES TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE URBAN CORE BY IMPLEMENTING INITIATIVES LIKE THE CLEAN AND SAFE PROGRAM, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE, MARKETING AND SPECIAL EVENTS, ADVOCACY AND STRATEGIC PROJECTS.
