We are organized and operated exclusively for the benefit of and to support Family and Child Guidance Center (the Clinic), which is exempt from Federal Income Tax purposes under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code and is a public charity within the meaning of Section 509(a) of the Code. The corporation shall support and benefit the Clinic, by among other things,soliciting, receiving,holding (either absolutely or in trust as a trustee), investing and managing gifts, grants, contributions and requests which are intended to benefit the long-term goals, purposes and objectives the Clinic, and by managing and endowment fund for the benefit of the Clinic. The assets and properties of the Corporation are hereby pledged for use in performing its exempt function.
