CEPPS PARTNERS IMPLEMENT A DIVERSE RANGE OF PROGRAMS THAT ASSIST POLITICAL AND ELECTORAL ACTORS AND INSTITUTIONS - ELECTION COMMISSIONS, DOMESTIC ELECTION MONITORING ORGANIZATIONS, PARLIAMENTS AND THEIR MEMBERS, CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS AND POLITICAL PARTIES.
