COMMUNITY GROWTH FOUNDATION BELIEVES THAT A VIBRANT COMMUNITY IS ONE THAT NURTURES AND PROMOTES COMPLETE HEALTH OF WHICH THERE ARE 4 CRITICAL AND INTERCONNECTED COMPONENTS: SPIRITUAL HEALTH, MENTAL HEALTH, EMOTIONAL HEALTH, AND PHYSICAL HEALTH. THE ORGANIZATION MAKES INVESTMENTS IN COMMUNITIES DIRECTLY BY OWNING AND FUNDING HOUSING PROJECTS. THROUGH THESE PROJECTS, COMMUNITY GROWTH FOUNDATION HAS THE POWER TO MAKE DECISIONS AND CONTROL MANY ASPECTS OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS EXEMPT PURPOS
