THE MISSION OF CIRCLE OF CARE IS TO PROVIDE STRENGTH-BASED CARE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR YOUTH AND FAMILIES IN PASSAIC COUNTY EXPERIENCING EMOTIONAL, BEHAVIORAL, DEVELOPMENTAL AND SUBSTANCE USE CHALLENGES. THROUGH TEAM COLLABORATION, FAMILIES BUILD RESILIENCE TO OVERCOME BARRIERS TO THEIR SUCCESS.
