BPCC WAS CREATED TO EXPAND THE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES THAT WE CAN USE TO INCREASE POLITICAL POWER AND CENTER RACIAL EQUITY IN OREGON'S POLITICAL LANDSCAPE.
