FOUNDED IN 1848, BSCES IS A MEMBER-BASED PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION FOCUSING ON TECHNICAL PROGRAMS, EVENTS AND INITIATIVES THAT SUPPORT OUR MEMBERS AND BENEFIT THE CIVIL ENGINEERING PROFESSION.
