THE CORPORATION WILL AT ALL TIMES BE CONDUCTED AS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE") AND WILL NOT CARRY ON ANY ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE CARRIED ON BY A CORPORATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(4) OF THE CODE, OR THE MICHIGAN NON-PROFIT CORPORATION ACT.
