The corporation's primary exempt purpose is to educate and engage the public on the need for leadership committed to taking action to secure a better future through strong national security, and increased economic and educational opportunities with the objective of ensuring everyone the opportunity to achieve the American dream. The corporation will at all times be conducted as an organization described in section 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code") and will not carry on any activities which are not permitted to be carried on by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(4) of the code, or the Michigan non-profit corporation act.
