The organization serves as the parent company and supporting organization for Bethesda Hospitals and related healthcare entities. Bethesda Inc. is a co-sponsor of TriHealth, Inc., an integrated healthcare delivery system with more than 130 care sites across Southwest Ohio. The organization also directly oversees operations of the Bethesda Fertility Center and the Bethesda Foundation, which provides philanthropic support for Bethesda North Hospital, Bethesda Butler Hospital, Bethesda Arrow Springs, Hospice of Cincinnati, and Fernside (the nation's second-oldest children's grief center).
