To promote the common good and general welfare of the state of Mississippi and all mississippians by organizing and implementing the 2020 inauguration of lieutenant governor-elect delbert hosemann and other civic events promoting the general welfare of Mississippi through funding costs associated with his assuming and continuing to carry out the responsibilities of such office and with other events incidental thereto that promote the general welfare of Mississippi.
