THE NATIONAL OFFICE EXISTS TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP WHILE FUNCTIONING AS A VISIONARY RESOURCE AGENCY FOR ADULT & TEEN CHALLENGE CENTERS IN THE USA.
