2022Alaska Airlines FoundationThe ACHIEVE Beyond! Program focuses on providing students with knowledge on entering college or the workforce after secondary school. The goal is to encourage students to think about planning their future while also informing them what their options entail and how they can achieve their goals. We plan on implementing the program through several steps: - A weekly meeting for students covering various topics including career choice, funding your career, filling out government forms, how to navigate these areas if you're undocumented, what independent living looks like, and more resources i.e. mock interviews, resume building, applying and finding jobs. - One-on-one meetings. These are for students that request more information or specific information that we can only disclose on a one-on-one. - Parent Engagement. We have been successful including parents within their student's journey. We encourage students to include their parents within their decision-making progress. We meet with pare$5,000
