About the Fund

The Retreat Fund enables meditation and yoga practitioners to plan and fund their retreats and share their experiences through YSI's "Insights From Retreat" events.

What is Retreat?

Retreat is a withdrawal from usual daily activities for meditation and yoga practitioners to dedicate time exploring their hearts and minds. Retreatants carefully study the practice and theory of meditation as part of a planned schedule. Retreats can be led by a meditation teacher or, with sufficient experience, self-guided.
