The full circle of philanthropy is carried out to help and involve the people of Barry County to make a difference in their lives. The purpose of the Youth Advisory Council (YAC) Grant is to supply funding for programs and projects that benefit the youth of Barry County. Mini Grant proposals of up to $300 are accepted are accepted anytime throughout the year.Regular Grant Proposals up to $3,000 are due March 15th and October 15th each year.
