Overview

Young Investigators Training Course

Overview: Designed to intensively train selected young investigators in the SWOG system for protocol development, maintenance, and administration in order to develop a cadre of experts to quickly and efficiently develop priority studies.

Eligibility:

  • Oncology fellows in training

  • Assistant professor equivalents

  • Must be affiliated with Group institutions or otherwise eligible for Group membership
  • Definition: For purposes of this training, young investigators are defined as oncology fellows in training or assistant professor equivalents affiliated with Group institutions or otherwise eligible for Group membership.

    Focus Areas: Protocol development, maintenance, and administration within SWOG system

    Geographic Scope: SWOG member and affiliated institutions
